Libby Flatoff is the Policy and Program Associate for the Arms Control Association where she researches key nuclear arms control, nonproliferation, and disarmament-related issues, including multilateral nonproliferation and disarmament agreements. She reports on these issues for ACA’s monthly publication, Arms Control Today. Libby also works on ACA's programmatic and collaborative efforts; attending and organizing public outreach events, strategy meetings, and other key ACA events.
In her previous role at ACA, she was the Program and Development Manager where she managed member and donor support and engagement and other development and fundraising efforts, coordinated program and event activities on the policy team, managed external communications, and supported our Board of Directors and executive leadership.Libby joined the Arms Control Association in June 2023. She holds a master’s degree in Nonproliferation and Terrorism Studies from the Middlebury Institute for International Studies (MIIS).
