On April 3rd, Daryl Kimball appeared on All Things Considered and provided his thoughts on prospects for New START, which will come up for a vote in the Senate in mid-September. As he stated in a recent Media Advisory, he expects that this critical arms control treaty will be ratified with bipartisan support.
