Lipi Shetty

Joyce Connery owns and operates her own consulting firm, Connery Strategies, and is a distinguished fellow at the Nuclear Energy Policy Initiative of the Atlantic Council’s Global Energy Center. She retired in 2025 after over twenty-three years of U.S. Federal Government service including leadership at the Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board which she chaired from 2021-2025.
