Bruce Turner
Bruce Turner has decades of experience as a career member of the Senior Foreign Service earning numerous Superior Honor and other performance awards. Most recently, he served as the U.S. Permanent Representative to the Conference on Disarmament from 2022-2025 and previously was the Senior Bureau Official for the Bureau of Arms Control, Verification and Compliance (AVC), where he had been a Deputy Assistant Secretary.
